My girlfriend chops them up and puts them in empty pill capsules. You can get an eighth in 3-4 of the bigger ones. I've done them that way 3 times now and never had more than mild nausea, and I have a pretty sensitive stomach.

Olsen' show is on Fox, same parent company as FXX, while Glenn's will be on NBC, who won't be as eager to let one of their contracted actors go to work on a show for a competitor.
