Driver's license? When on a bicycle?
The last bit of every (road) ride for me ends with a good downhill in my neighborhood. I regularly exceed 35 in that 25. Just after the bottom, I turn left onto my street; while decelerating, it's not too bad, and I usually make that turn right about at 25.

Yup, zero experience overall, very zero experience in snow, typical teenager who knows everything and is invincible, RWD, throttle response measured in seconds. Recipe for trouble.

Ah. Owego. Cortland. Ah.
The link itself describes how long it would take me. At a minimum.
I rode in the 'back seat' of a Mondial once.
