The vfx in BVS weren't bad. You could see where they spent their $. But for me, a budget shouldn't effect the judging of a film. A good movie is a good movie. Congrats to the av club for punching up, but BVS doesn't belong on a list of F graded movies, Dissapointing movies? Sure.
