A client of mine bought a new Z06 a few months back and brings it to me for any sort of service simply because he doesn’t trust anyone else.

The gearboxes in the older cars can only be serviced by Ricardo or by someone that has ALL the special tools required. Removing it from the car isn’t bad though.

If you bought one at full sticker even with market adjustment back then and held on to it you are laughing right to the bank.. Especially if it has certain options, painted strip etc

Given how shoddy assembly was on those cars air tools would have been a giant upgrade. I do like how the key is straight out of any mid 2000s Ford product. It’s a rather simple car to work on, My employee goes all crazy when a GT comes in.
