Yep the stock one stripped on me. I do plan on getting an aluminum steering kit. Mines a 35t brushed and I have no complaints for a budget build.

Exactly. Its fun to find the limits you can take your crawler to and modify it for more power, weight distribution, etc. Like moving the battery in the front like on my Axial Wraith “Lime Rock” (I named it after the race track :)

Excellent write up. I changed the transmission fluid in a 07 3500. I thought it was strange how you have to remove the shifter to add oil. Although it is better than having to use a pump to add oil.

How about these? Got one for my nephew and he loves it as much as I do. rev the engine, honk the horn and press the go button for the car to drive away :)
