Test mode for iOS may not be a viable option if the goal is still boosting developer sales considering most mobile app purchases are mainly for the purpose of diversion. If you could pick up (x) game and have it for that plane trip and shuttle ride, you may not have the urge to drop the two dollars on it later.…
This is almost as good of an idea as the pay-per-feature system that is slowly being implemented into the game industry. It is a system for generating profit by working around Gamestop without screwing the consumer! What is there to complain about?
