I’d go with either 3 or 4 TBH. 3 has the best villain with Vaas, although gameplay shows its age slightly, and, well, no spoilers. 4 with Pagan Min is very good too. 5 is a blast to play, but the story suuuuuuuucked and forces itself on you unavoidably at several points in the game. 6 was really just disappointing for

They get praise for their customer service because of things like their step up program where you could get a newer part if you bought a superseded one within 90 days of the new one appearing, and that they were the only ones to actually set up a decent queue system for the 30 series when they were unobtainable,

Which institution? If you can name an “institution” that people can go to be treated for her condition, I’ll shut the fuck up. But when people say shit like this, mother fuckers don’t realize this health care system does little to jack shit about accessible, mental health treatment. And she was a fucking nurse!

Sure, as long as no one in a wheelchair wants to go over. Adding an elevator is big money.

Because once you’re in jail, the default attitude is that you belong there, and no one is going to let you out without 15 different boxes being checked off. Each of those boxes has to be checked by a different person, some of whom work 3 days a week, others have 1000s of the forms to go through, and so on.

Is it just me or does he look like Martin Starr and Kumail Nanjiani had some weird Silicon Valley baby and let it get raised by TJ Miller?

*in Stefon’s voice

...this is ridiculously out of touch with the reality of California. It’s all* prime real estate. The people living in “affordable areas” would have to live literally hours away from where they work. Add to that, the same people protesting affordable housing don’t want mass transit bringing poor folk to their town

So in other words, you agree that “Persona without the heart” is an extremely accurate description of SMT, you just don’t like the implication that that’s a bad thing?

Lol okay then.

If I’ve only ever had vanilla coke then yes, that is actually a helpful description. Especially if, in this hypothetical reality, vanilla coke is significantly more popular than regular coke amongst the general public.

Gamers (TM) are still trying to pull up the ladder to their “members only” treehouse. It makes sense that they’d get angry about any reviewers making any comparisons between a “hardcore” series like SMT to a more accessible one like Persona.

A white coal-roller in Texas is part of an in-group with police, and not to be bound by the law. Cyclists are “environmentalists”, an out-group not be afforded protection by the law.

Ah, the reflexive defender of the management class has logged on.

... except if for any reason you could not take control, the system has no way to get, say, out of an active traffic lane that’s being shared by cars going 75 mph.

In the video she asks the question, people in the crowd cheer and the men on the panel looks chastened. Then men in the audience start booing loudly and you can see the panel become emboldened to start openly making fun of her. There is a lessen here about the fact that the misogyny in the game industry is reinforced

Well said. I’m working on my CFI at the moment. I suspect that some level of complacency led to him assuming the tanks were totally full, but “To measure is to know”. This is certainly a learning experience, thankfully one that was not costly in terms of injury or damage, and hopefully the debrief with instructor

In his debrief video he admits he ran out of fuel in the description. It sounds like his preflight for checking the fuel involved looking at the fuel gauges and trusting them rather than dipping the tanks.

I’ve been watching the Godzilla movies since I was a kid, cuz my dad loved them, and I stand by their excellence!

Fuck this guy, and any one else like him. It hasn’t even been a month. There’s no room for this nonsense, especially during the first 100 days with the administration still establishing itself with the rest of the government, and the press. Why is it so hard to go to a job, and act like a goddamn professional?

It’s a statement that has morphed with the times.
