@Arnold Rimmer's Garden Strimmer: I think for co-op it's much much better to have specially designed levels. Just sticking an extra player in a level designed for 1 person doesn't cut it, although is obviously better than nothing.

@Spoony: MW2 has 2 player split screen co-op, and it's the best part of the game

If the Co-Op is as big as Spec Ops I'll get it. Best part of the game by a mile.

I'm pretty sure in the 09/10 fiscal year I didn't buy a single Nintendo game. That might be the first time that's happened since I was a kid.

It'll be as terrible as ever no matter what bullet points they put on the back of the box. The game hasn't improved in 5 years theres no reason to think it will this year.

I really enjoyed Risen, despite its attempts to stop me doing so.

I think that for a lot of Japanese games, the developers are almost hamstrung by convention. A sort of "it's always been this way" mentality.
