Nothing can kill the Grimace.
Counterpoint: The same could have happened with the BR sequel, but the humanism in that film was even better than the first one, so I’m nowhere near as worried as you
Yeah, I don’t think that’s true, Dad.
I have the worst fucking lawyers.
YES! It’s also exhausting to have to think about the reason why the pagans are chanting in a language that doesn’t really sound like Latin, only to have the main fellow narrative over the incantation in English.
I don’t know if this is the right time and place to say it but I have to finally say it: I don’t understand the magic spells in this show. We keep getting scenes where people say rhyming couplets in unison that are way too specific for what they need at the moment. Like did y’all jot this down and rehearse it? Is…
Nah, I don’t think that’s the message.

I too love to go to school to study things I find stupid and pointless to talk about
“I really hope the show doesn’t lean on ‘Summer sucks’ as a quick source of humor”
Britta is never shown as being “boring” that’s Shirley. Britta is a fantastic character for being such confused, well meaning but fucked up slacktivist, left behind by what not having moved on from what was cool when she was a teenager in the 90's.
Thanks to all of y'all! I feel lucky that I've gotten to cover a show that resonates so deeply with so many people.
