He needs to see a professional therapist. I've been though similar with my hubby. Be supportive, but there's only so much you can do without a psychology degree. It's a slow road to recovery, but therapy can work miracles.

You don’t need to feel guilty. “Rape fantasy” is an oxymoron because rape is, by definition, unwanted. We conflate sex and rape in our society when rape really is not an act of sex but of abuse and power. Feminism is about respecting others’ sexual choices, as long as they’re safe and consensual.
