Personal computers could be operated simply by telling them what to do

I'd be very, very interested in knowing what that dock is and where I can get it.

@zjgz: Wine, CrossOver, VirtualBox, some F/OSS games (I recommend Cube 2: Sauerbraten for highly modifiable Quake-style gameplay) . . . you can play games on Ubuntu.

@iFarbs: Generally, if a computer will run any version of Windows it will run Ubuntu (or its slimmed-down release, Xubuntu) fine.

@Saboth: I was also thinking a regular face and eyes that were slightly less BRIGHT RED.

@Nadspapa: Actually, Lifehacker just featured something free and excellent: [lifehacker.com]. It doesn't have ambient music or key sounds, but it's pretty easy to get your own music and unlikely that you want key sounds =)

There is no way I would remember what each one links to without a written list of what letters and numbers signify (example: 4 means capitalize the fourth letter) or an amazing memory. If you have the latter, maybe you should just memorize a randomly generated password.

@KarmaKamikaze: You can turn it off. But I agree with you, that would drive me crazy if I was wearing headphones (which I was while watching) and people surrounding me if I wasn't.

If you're going to do this, enable the on-screen keyboard via System Preferences —> Language & Text —> Input Sources —> Keyboard and Character Viewer.
