@Joe: Instead of Notepad++ on the Mac, I use Bean for word processing (RTF et cetera) and Smultron for text editing and programming. The only thing I miss in Bean is full word compatibility, but I hate Microsoft so much I probably wouldn't use it anyway.

I would like to recommend the HP PB360t camera. I own it, and it takes great pictures for $100 (or, with the deal, ninety).
