Awful judgy from the “life is too short to drive boring cars” crowd. My two cars are paid off, but with these low rates I’d take a loan out in a second for a car I wanted and invest the money I would have put into it.
I think the car has a lot to do with it. I heel-toe or rev-match on every downshift in my MS3. The pedals are perfect for my feet. I tend to keep my big toe on the brake and use the side of my foot on the accelerator. For me, it’s 90% of the joy in driving a manual car plus you’re always in the right gear.
