They already have a player rating system, I’m surprised they don’t scale it to that. A few thousand bucks or more to the 90+ QBs and case of beer for the 45 OVR 3rd punter

I 100% want to play as the real players. It’s not a dealbreaker if I couldn’t, but I was one of those old Franchise nuts who used to rename all the Power 5 schools from their generic player names to the real-life counterparts

Nah, this was made for the fans and the fans wanted to see more content from all their favourite characters.

I am absolutely in love with this art style. It’s something I’ve been asking for for years. If we could get a new Pokemon calling back to the original Sugimori art style, I would be over the moon.

They were absolutely shutting down any emulators and rom sites they could during that era too. This is far from new for them.

Is it me or does this game feel like it was designed and marketed to crypto bros and NFT lovers.  It just feels like that sorta souless cash grab with washed up celebs trying to lure you in

That was my thought exactly. Somebody gave a mobile developer a console level budget and it looks the part in every single way imaginable.

I thought everyone sounded great... idk why people are saying Chris sounds like Chris... he has a brooklyn accent in the small sample they shared. Pretty cool take on Mario. idk. The internet loves a dogpile. Gamers can’t be happy about anything. They decided before they even heard him.
