Depends. With my i7 and GTX 980, I can match those screenshots without dropping under 30. Even downscaling from a silly resolution won't drop me under 20 very often. Not that I would choose anything that doesn't give me a very close to rock solid 60.

I still think the most ludicrous thing about Watch Dogs is that a month after release the PC version is still utterly broken and can't be played with textures higher than the lowest setting without horrible frame rate pacing issues causing unplayable stuttering.

Shame no amount of modding has been able to fix the frame pacing stutter when driving. And Ubisoft's patch did nothing either! So while all these mods are pretty, the only way to run the game in a truly playable state (when driving at least) is to set the textures to the lowest setting|!

Now they know how we feel...
