After seeing the episode, it occurred to me that Offred/June could report Serena Joy for endangering a child—Hannah—however indirectly. Since Offred is pregnant that could result in Serena Joy getting a one-way ticket to the Colonies. Or a spot on the Wall.

All of these people are acting inside the colonies/blocs. Who or what is left outside? Is the rest of the world already cleared out. I have an image in my head of the Hosts rampaging around ala the Tripods hunting packs of humans.
Just out of curiousity, have they ever said what "Charlotte's" real name is?
Interesting that two men are paired up as soul mates in the Good Place… progress!
