Eh, he can get out of the franchise for all I care, I like him but he was completely bland in Skull Island, I have no need to see him again. Same goes for all the human characters we've encountered so far for that matter

I haven't been able to watch my Night Court tape because those hack frauds at "Lightning Fast VCR Repair" still haven't fixed my VCR!
I'm not the biggest fan of monster movies, but I feel like Warner Bros knows what they are doing with their MonsterVerse, both movies so far have been enjoyable and surprisingly beautiful to look at, plus their universe setup doesn't feel forced
I checked some of Wingard's previous work and he did the 2 great little gems The Guest and You're next, so I'm optimistic.
Presumably party and shit for like 30 hours, forgot everything. Then sleep 20 hours. Then week-end over…
Took me a whooping 5 seconds to edit, I guess that was more then enough time for our ever vigilant AVClub community, lol
On one of my random Internet excursions, I just found out that Pirates 4 is one of if not the most expensive movie ever made… It cost almost 400 million dollars, that's insane! It also grossed more than a billion world-wide which also really comes as a surprise to me…
Which seems completely normal, this extreme nudity censorship is baffling to me (and most europeans in general). Of course some more graphic sex scenes should make for an age restriction, but I don't get why showing tits or even a dick or pussy in a movie warrant anything more than a PG-13
Huh, you're description actually made me want to see it. It insults everybody? Sounds great!
I never saw it, only know about it through osmosis, Superman's throws all the nukes into space right? That would certainly create new tensions, but then again Superman is much superior to all nukes anyways so nukes wouldn't be the biggest weapon/deterrent on Earth anymore
Ha, now there's another season so your review is moot, suck it AVClub! I mean, celebrate with all of us AVClub, Young Justice will be back, hope you will be doing reviews again!
You have to take into consideration that it's still a cheap CW show, of course it's not on AoS level… But for what it is this season and especially this finale has been great, probably up there with Arrow S2
Yeah, I know, I just can't help but think about what Supes could do with all that power, I guess that's one of the reasons why he never was my favorite character and why I tend to like Superman stories like Red Son
It really is a well-done and touching scene, but again I can't help to think of it from an utilitarian viewpoint. How many thousands of people died because Supes wasn't there to save them?
It seems pretty obvious to me that it's because of Superman's immense power, which makes this "boy-scout" different from other ones like Cap.
Like the reviewer said, he actually can change the world. If in theory you had the power to stop all wars and end human misery wouldn't you try? Thematically it makes sense for…
Yeah, we know, but come on, you're ruining the joke!
Fair enough, you're absolutely right. Still though, even if the percentage is like double it's still a relatively small minority, and considering that the quota in movies isn't all that bad. Like I said above, more than having some arbitrary number of gay people in movies I feel like it's the actual representation of…
I really liked this season, but I do agree that like with the last 2, the finale just kind of fizzles out without doing much with the whole build-up. That's one of the reasons I love Vice so much, it's finale is a perfect conclusion for that particular detour in Archer and the gang's lives.
Re-watch the season, if you binge it you'll see that it's really not that predominant, and she does many other awesome things too.
I loved Vice, and I really liked Pam in it, but I wouldn't say she was the MVP, her coke shtick was little overplayed. Not nearly as much as people claim it was (binge the season and you'll see), but still a little
