Not only did that quip not make sense since it was Batman who contacted WW, but this and the Doomsday battle feel like they come from a different movie altogether…

Hey yeah, I'll try to give this a try. Thanks for the measured response and reasonable advice to my "shouting at the AVClub". Sorry if I insulted wrestling on the way or something, it wasn't my intention beyond some light ribbing.
Yeah, I rechecked that scene, Eladio just said "let him stay there where he keeps doing his good work" or something like that, but it's never implied that they didn't see each other in person before. Makes total sense, it did seem that the Gus flashback in BB was way longer ago than this with a more "amateur" Gus
Yeahyeah, I might have gotten of track, I didn't want to complain about them reviewing wrestling, I don't care and good for the people who follow it…
Yeah, I have that one on my to-read list, and I saw the animated feature and liked it, but I also didn't find it very memorable
*Eladio
There you are MANIMAL!
But didn't Eladio say in this episode that he had yet to meet Gus?
Really? They seemed a little weird, but perfectly understandable and quite natural to me. I speak argentinian Spanish so I'm no expert on their particular accent, although Fring certainly doesn't have a Chilean accent, but still
Since they are quite different tonally, there are obviously some conflicting feelings from the viewers.
? Don't know what you're talking about, the spanish hasn't been completely flawless but mostly it seems like they are native speakers and it's perfectly understandable
That was a fantastic episode, finally Saul and Mike did something together again, which was screwing over Chuck no less!
Not exactly, though it was as good a guess as any. But amazingly the show is still fairly consistent, and still manages to surprise me and produce stand-out episodes
Sure, I can get that, it's not like I want to bash wrestling or anything, but I do find it weird that the AVClub prioritizes this over other options.
Maybe? Could be, I'm just seeing that most of the current discussion hubs have less than 30 comments, and I could think of several shows that would certainly get more involvement
Sure, but there are many other shows that could also at least get the bullet point summary treatment. Like, come on, wrestling? There really isn't even much to discuss there right?
I guess not, but when they have articles even for f*cking wrestling one has to wonder why they don't cover other things that would surely get more views and clicks anyways
The Nic Cage cameo in question:
Right? A Nick Cage and Fu Manchu mash-up sounds just perfect, I'll have to check it out
Come on, you even have discussion posts for Wrestling?!
