That action was John Wickesque

In other news, Curtis is still the worst despite the actor and the characters inherent likeablity. What exactly is his purpose on Team Arrow and the show?
Were we supposed to think that Anton Ivanov is the superior behind Nadeer? It just seemed like he was another more important guy on the "f**k inhumans" team, but maybe I missed something
"It’s enough to make a man wonder if he’s the lead on an ABC drama."
So much awesome nonsense!
still though, I'm no native speaker but the way it's phrased makes it seem like Marvel has a nazi agenda doesn't it? (Besides the fact that "nazi agenda" seems like a pretty ridiculous and click-baity word association for such an article)
Good for him!
There is a nice little international fan base for his films, myself included, and it's not like he is a scam artist a la Adam Sandler or that he makes false promises to his viewers, he knows what he makes and seems to really enjoy making it, which does shine through in his movies.
Sure, critics obviously…
AVClub, it's hard to take you seriously when you put the words "nazi agenda" in a headline about your weekly comics article, come on now
Uuuhh, nice, I have that one on my to-read list too, I wanted to start it recently but the run is like 60 issues long and Priest isn't always the writer behind it so I was a little lost, any suggestions for the reading order or should I just power through the whole run?
Was there any particular reason for Jane to be worthy of the hammer and then "become" Thor anyways? I tried to find out but all I got was that it basically just happened.. Ugh, I may be biased, but just thinking about Natalie Portman's character being Thor makes me cringe.. And in the comics Jane was lame too, it…
Yeah, I am finnishing the God Butcher arc now and it's top notch, and I will certainly finnish the whole run, it's only 25 issues anyways and I think it tells a pretty complete story
I finnished the 1st 8 issue arc of Priests Deathstroke and enjoyed it, but I found it unnecesarily convoluted at times.. How is the rest of the run, is there another bigger arc or are they mostly single stories..? I think the last one was about gun control right, that sounds pretty interesting
Hahaha, nice one!
Let's put aside dubvious connections to politics aside for a moment please, I refuse to keep talking about Trump when wanting to discuss comicbooks, stop it AVClub!
I suppose, but for now I've only heard good things about the Hydra Cap run (once the usual Nerd rage about such a big character change stopped). It seems interesting thematically, and I don't see how Trump would make it somewhat offensive or something, the author of the article has to learn to separate fiction from…
"Some of the decisions have turned out well (female Thor), and some have been regrettable (Nazi Cap)"
I know that, but even so he probably still has many contacts and a huge influence over that particular news outlet, it's almost as bad as Trump saying he will have no conflict of interest because now his sons own his global-wide business… like, what?!?!
How can that possibly be legal?
soooo.. Earth-dwellers have no laws against conflicts of interest for the president and the whole ruling government entity of the most powerful country on their pitiful world? No wonder our galactic counsel won't accept the Hu-maan race
One thing I never understood about Bannon, I'm not american and no expert on american politics, but isn't it a huuuge conflict of interest for a powerful and biased media mogul to be Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor at the white house?
well sure, I know that, real guerilla tactics were used by smaller groups to try to defend themselves by grinding the ennemy forces progressively, but whatever, it worked well enough for the show, it's not like the whole viking army has been moving around in the bushes and whatnot, they made it clear enough that they…
