Thanks for the tip, don't know the character at all but this new series does seem intriguing

Thanks for the tip, I checked it out and it looks quite interesting

And how is it? Dark Reign does sound intriguing but it's also pretty massive so I am not sure where to start and what I should read

Yes, that is my next step, but I wanted to read the Thanos/Infinity saga stories before getting into the modern Cosmic Universe, which also looks like it's amazing! So much comic goodness!!

What Graphic Novels, complete story arcs or one shots did you read this week and would you recommend?

That is pretty fkin impressive, this game does look intriguing

I finally got into the rabbit hole that is the Marvel Cosmic Universe, and it is great!

yeah, the story was great but the ending felt somewhat forced, but it's to reflect the whole greek tragedy feeling of the story so I didn't mind that much.

Also Oliver's little reaction to Supergirl's "I know you said you don't get unnerved" was pitch-perfect

wtf? you sir just made my drunken night

Yeah, I really enjoyed the episode as as an Arrow tribute, but the crossover part was barely a side-plot

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, the character interaction was great and some moments really felt like I was watching a classic Justice League scene, like Ollie and Barry's scene in the bar at the end. They also went all out with the special effects, they used them a lot and they looked amazing for TV-standards, so

"The effect of Vixen summoning the elephant totem is very dramatic, but I
wish the fight choreography reflected this huge surge of power. Amaya
hits harder, but I want to see her stampeding through a crowd of
Dominators."

I am really out of touch with videogames nowaday, is this a digitized version of Mikkelsen or real footage..? If those are graphics that's pretty damn impressive

I mean, yeah, why shouldn't this be PG-12? It just has vulgar humour and food fucking, lol, like that is gonna scar anybody, teenagers will laugh their asses of. Only in the US do you censor insults and sexual themes that much, you anti-freedom prudes!
Also, did you see what kind of people protested against this? These

true, the Iris parts did suck mostly.. I guess the rest of the show was overall more exiting and fun then in later seasons so you didn't notice it that much. Now it just feels mopey

I agree, as great as other characters on the show are, Fimmel is just magnetic in this role and owns the show

God, I didn't realize how much I missed Vikings before seeing this episode! I forgot how great the acting, set pieces and cinematography are compared to most other shows out there. And this episode was really intriguing, and finally only about Vikings again! I think we can all agree that the weakest parts of the show

I guess, but is this 100 episode tribute that necessary? Couldn't they have done it in episode 101, I don't know, I mean it's a great achievement and I'm glad when they celebrate that within a show, but it shouldn't get in the way of storytelling. And as good as this episode was, it kinda failed as a crossover because

Sarah killing Slade was awesooooooome
