I could see beyond my circumstances/surroundings to a more self and societal beneficial future. My luck of nature/nurture permitted me see the benefit of ‘good’ choices versus ‘bad’ choices. The generational ignorance I witnessed in rural MI was (whether accidental or purposeful) hardly beneficial to them.

Agreed. Hypocrisy is rampant in Christian evangelicalism. I know for a fact as I lived the first 18 years of my life in the midst of it.

My wife and I have 2016 & 2008 Chrysler T&C minivans. Both paid off and literally represent money in the bank. I intend to keep the 2008 going till forced to dispose of it.
