Well, fuck. The new iPhone was my backup plan in case Microsoft failed once again to deliver a nice flagship. Can’t stay on a 920 forever.

Screw Android. Every Android device I’ve had has shit the bed in a year.

Good for her. I missed a small piece of one of my incisive teeth, from a bicycle accident in my childhood. It never bothered me through most of my life, nobody never commented on it, but some ten years ago I started getting bothered by it while looking at the mirror. So I fixed it (it requires annual redoin, due to

Cardi B.

I’m happy that she got her teeth fixed, but I’m confused why it looks like one eyebrow is drawn in with a sharpie and the other is just a really odd shape.

Wow, I am a little surprised to read that rumored report of Rogue One not testing well. I really am excited for that movie. I would be extremely curious to see what does not test well for these people being shown this first cut.

Yup. A friend of mine met him because her mother was the president of his oldest fan club, back in the day. He flew their whole family out to one of the Pirates sets and gave them all generous gifts, and was very kind. Another friend of mine is related to the side of Depp’s family that he apparently never talks to,

Paul Feig’s movies always have awful trailers, for some reason. Spy was great, but the trailer made it look like Pauline Blart, International Woman of Mystery.

I want to see Leslie Jones in a movie. That woman is awesome.

False. Hollywood reboots movies that absolutely do not need them all the time (and most of the time the trailers for those projects look like shit too). I can’t think of a single reboot that has attracted anywhere NEAR the level of vitriol as the Ghostbusters reboot. There’s almost nothing different from Ghostbusters

Well, shit, if those people tell you they don’t care they are women, well, it must be true. Anyone truly sexist would surely come right out and say so when confronted!

If someone told me that something I made when they were already adults ruined their childhood, I’d probably have to stop myself from telling them that if that’s all it took to ruin their childhood, it wasn’t much of a childhood to begin with.

And no creative industry is going to survive and grow if it doesn’t keep its talent.

I agree with you, but his point is completely nullified by the fact that when you work your effing balls off and end up with an empty bank account and no social life... it's just not worth it.

It’s not that the younger generation is “worse” than the older generation. This is what all old people everywhere say, and that is simply a cause of their own lack of perspective and flexibility. I love Mamoru Oshii, but he is simply no longer compatible with today’s fast-paced, cut-throat anime industry.

“People setup an unsustainable industry based on working animators to the bone for insufficient pay in poor conditions, and now less people want to be in that industry anymore. It’s quite tragic.”

It’s a shame that the young generation no longer willing to put in the amount of work he (or rather the industry) required, but in addition of the horrendous living condition typical of the current anime industry I don’t think it should come as a surprise.

Not everyone handles pressure in the same ways. I dropped out of my ENTIRE LIFE just like this in 1994. My parents looked for me for two weeks and I was safe and sound... on the other side of the country.

While I've never run away, I did have a similar college experience. My third year I stopped leaving my room, stopped going to classes, and basically watched movies all the time. I had completely shut down and was having panic attacks. There was such an immense fear of the impending failure, yet I never realized how

pedophiles want to claim it as a sexuality (like being gay or straight) to legitimise their behaviours.
