I agree completely and I am a school and private music teacher. If anything the problem is that more kids and thus adult people aren’t exposed to a wider range of music. Sorry but black sabbath and Metallica etc aren’t the end-all-be-all of music.

I have a pasta maker, even the ravioli attachment, but that still doesn’t get around the structure difference between fresh vs. dried. Don’t get me wrong, fresh pasta is amazing, but to maximize it, gotta match the type with the sauce.
