It all depends on what it is you want from the game. For me and my roommate, it was collecting our favorites and powering them up to be gym contenders. We’d never be able to do that without Pokevision because of how difficult it is to find specific pokemon.

I think it was removed on iOS devices because it would cause freezing.

If you have a friend in Canada, register it under their address and drive it in the states. I think that would work.

Are you using a google account? I found the PTC sucks pretty hard and often goes down.

Except that you know there’s pokemon IN THE GRASS. If you want that analogy to stick, then imagine if pokemon were only on specific tiles, whether it be grass, road, or whatever, but you had absolutely no way of knowing which tiles. And the tiles change every 15 minutes.

That’s only true if you value your life more than your possessions. At this point, I need my phone for work, and if I lost it, I can’t afford to replace it, so I’d probably fight to keep it.

I hatched about 8 eggs today just driving around. Going to fast won’t register the distance, but I find that it’s still good up to about 40 KPH.

I ended up turning that off, because sometimes when I turn the phone right-side-up, it freezes the screen and won’t register touches.
