Dang.. I pay $780 a year with full coverage and the lowest deductibles possible on my WRX.. but I’m 35, accident free and bundled with homeowners insurance to boot.

I’ve got a 2015 WRX Limited (with the CVT, I’m lame) and I agree that the interior is nicer than I’m used to. I came from nothing but Jeeps and I love my heated leather seats and wrapped steering wheel.
Surprisingly, my WRX must not be insured as a sports car(maybe because it’s a CVT, instead of a manual... shame, I know). Either that or I’m too old because full coverage with the lowest deductibles possible costs me $65 a month on average. I’m going to have to look into this.
I walk a lot to work (one of the perks of living so close to my office). It’s a little over a mile from my house and through downtown Nashville.
I go with my gut and I voted NP. I’ve got my biases and allegiances to certain things but Toyota is not one of them. I still found myself drooling a little over this car.
I can confirm that a 125 pound mastiff will ride in the back of 2015 WRX (comfortably) and it’s the first model year with an automatic.
The only time people use their flashers around here are when they are broken down on the side of the road or its raining really hard. I get upset when I see people doing it in the rain because apparently (on a lot of models, not saying all since the 3rd brake light sometimes still works), the brake lights do not work…
That’s exactly how I remember it when I first started driving. I used to laugh at those suckers buying premium gas.
Look, I know people want to keep Portland weird and this car fits that ethos.
I got to go on the field pre-game last year at the Colts - Titans game. I had my Titans gear on since they’re my team and I’m at their home game. It was really irritating to see all the Colts jerseys on the field (Tennesseans would rather be Colts fans because Peyton Manning is some god around here due to his college…
But I did make sure to say if you’re looking to trade, don’t offer junk, I know what mine’s worth and won’t take garbage.
I had to use the wife’s account to sell my truck because like you, I’m not on the Book of Faces.
Just sold a 95 Nissan XE 5 speed 4x4 via Facebook. I had it posted for 30 days on Craigslist and got a lot of tire kickers and time wasters.
I voted CP but only narrowly. The price is a bit too high for my tastes. I’ve been the sucker who overpaid for supposed reliable over engineered cars in the past.
You’re right. I just have to think of it like seatbelt laws. It’s all about safety and saving societal costs.
Seriously, is anyone besides the industry and tech companies calling for this. I don’t want auto-pilot on my car, truck, suv, etc.
I get the drive and want of EV tech but seriously David, who is clamoring for autonomous vehicles? Is it me or is this an example of money being poured into cool things that nobody really wants? I like cruise control just fine but I don’t want auto pilot.
I actually knew what it was for and rarely ever used it.
CP for me.
I’m one of the weirdos that kind of like the looks of this car.
