I imagine it’s hardly worth the effort and costs to localize for Korea. Though all of those games would be pretty light on dialogue. The only benefit from Nintendo and sony standpoint, is the relative ease to translate between Japanese and Korean.

No console does well in Korea unfortunately. Games are expensive and Korea is it’s own region, when it comes to region locked stuff. I did see a Wii cafe once, where they have systems and friends could play tigether. pay for time.
