She wasn't raped. It was an imbalance of power and disturbing abuse, but Brando didn't rape her. It was simulated. She explicitly said it wasn't real. What made it fucked up was that they sprung the scene on her without giving her a chance to prepare, and she felt like she couldn't say no.

They've bought so deeply into the delusion that he cares about them. Poor dumb saps.

Well, then, what do we do about it? How do we prevent deaths like this in the future if regulations are such a bad idea?

They would lock themselves in that box with joy if Daddy Donald told them it was a good idea.

I've never heard anything bad about him. Every time he shows up in the news I think "how is this the guy who writes such mean-spirited comedy?"

We could use more apologetic cops down here in America.

Oh my god, you're right.

He has the angry-old-man intensity and the ability to convey sense of fundamental decency. We'll just have to wait a few years, since he's not nearly wrinkly enough yet.

What the fuck

I like to imagine Philip Seymour Hoffman in 2016: The Movie as Trump, opposite Meryl Streep as Hillary Clinton and Bryan Cranston as Bernie Sanders. Directed by David Fincher.

As a die-hard fan of Radiohead, Bon Iver, and the Smiths, I resemble that remark!
