The popularization of 3D printers I what I noticed the most this year.

Either #1 or #3 is going to be my next wallpaper.

Love the pink dog collar.

Different games for iPad/iPhone are warranted under a different price if they offer different content. A 99 cent game for iPad that has two different gamemodes that offer gameplay that's not found on iPhone is fine by me if the price is reasonable. Identical version with just the hud elements further apart is wrong of

Kerbal Space Program is probably the one I've played the most in 2012. So much sandboxy fun. I'd also put in FTL.

Max Payne 3 upped the expectation for a (semi-)simultaneous release that won't suck I guess.

Did read, but we agreed so I just added my frustrations with old game guides.

Game guides have not changed much since GameFAQs and it's been long overdue. No more crap with looking up chapter codes.

Jean Claude van Damme might double your risk of Sudden Death.

Ellen McLain aka GLaDOS isn't even trying to do another voice isn't she? Love it.

There's wide-open

Do they? Even if we discount the stresses on starship structures during warp or impulse speeds due to inertial dampeners and what not there's still a few examples of starships surviving higher than normal pressures. An example is the Klingon ship in ENT: Sleeping Dogs getting stuck in a gas giant. Other examples from

Virtual Shackles is my favorite, Penny Arcade is a close second. Hate Brawl in the Family and Manly Guys. Rest is ok. Best newcomer is Corpse Run.

Is the Game of the Decade the game the most popular one, the most influential or the best game? Or even a mix of the three? I don't know. Do know that HL2 definately is in the top 3 for all three. Aside from selling well, it has probably the largest and most vibrant mod scene gaming has ever known (especially if you
