I think this is an overly simplistic viewpoint. I’m a bit of an engine geek so I’d love to explain further -

Well, that was dumb. But it was my favorite kind of dumb.

Not tooting my own horn but that seems .. not entirely impressive. I was getting 38 on the highway with 2 people, a dog and a full trunk (with a lawnmower inside) in my V6 Accord.

This is verbatim what happens on the Audi forums! Not even slightly made up!

“Bruh,” they say. “Did you see the new A5 in Toilet Seat White?” “No way, bruh,” another replies. “That was Contact Solution Bottle White.” And then they get into a fight that ends with one of them saying the other’s car isn’t stanced enough.”

I really think MT jumped the shark with that Apple car thing. I’m not going to be renewing my subscription when it expires. They’re turning into the crappy tabloid of the car world (insert joke about how Jalopnik used to be here).

Proving that no one has more experience handling foul balls than an old Athletic supporter.

BREAKING: Internet Commenter Annoyed That Car News Site Writes About Car News

I know. It’s so strange that one of the biggest car sites in the world is covering the rebuild of the biggest car show in the world after the world’s biggest car journalist was fired from it.

Where’s Tavarish to help the PM buy a 1994 Audi A8 with 250,000 miles instead of the micra? Both for just 1500 pounds.

Nothing to see here. Please keep moving.

This is funny and unexpected. Not uncomfortable at all to me.

That is the most horrendous crash I’ve ever seen!

A great example of modern technology and materials saving lives. The car’s carbon fiber monocoque and front suspension disintegrates under high impact allowing the kinetic forces to be transferred out and away instead of being completely absorbed by the driver.

Another big bonus is that it’s cheap. You can buy a regular RZR for $15,000, I can’t imagine the MRZR would be too much more, and no matter what it won’t come close to a JLTV’s unit price of well over $400,000.

Same thing. Socialism is a totalitarian philosophy. It doesn't work with out violence.

The problems are from socialism not oil prices.

Actually, the paper towel video was good enough for your sister pub, Lifehacker, to run it. Maybe we need an article "Proof that Gizmodo is past its prime"...
