I feel the same way. I really want to play Armored Core, but my friend and I already put 20 hours just in to the first act of BG3 during early access, and we know its just going to be even deeper. It is not that long if you play solo, but playing co op (which is the best way to play it) makes every minor task a crazy

Don’t kink shame. Based on what I’ve seen on the internet, there’s people who’d pay a premium for that.

Yeah I thought that’s what ghost kitchens were when I first heard the term. I worked for a company that had a few of these types of setups as clients. A few of them were food trucks that needed prep space, others were small local delivery only joints. I think one of the big kitchens was a catering company’s kitchen

They’ve cranked out a lot of these terrible “10 things not to say to...” articles lately. They’re definitely filler, and likely designed to get engagement up by irritating fans of whatever ecosystem they’re talking about. The Onion site even had a spoof of the format a few weeks ago because of how ridiculous it has

Yes, that’s how Colin actually put it together was by saying her name, then it slowly dawned on him.

Not to mention some enemy models and even enemy attack patterns. Was a fun moment when I saw a gorechimera start charging up the dragon’s voice and I knew exactly what to do.

I think Minish Cap also was helped by them not feeling like they had to completely copy the existing Zelda formula. MC was not just a much tighter gamer, it was also physically tiny, but felt huge. (And not just because of the shrinking mechanic.) It was and still is one of the densest Zelda games I feel like I’ve

While I strongly recommend the PC version so you can mod out some of the worst aspects of the game (looking at you War Table) I recommend DA:Inquisition after FFXVI. They have a lot of similarities in their theme and setting, and it also has been giving me a nice look at what things I wish XVI had done and what things

Oh shit you’re right. I did play the whole demo, but I basically went right in the game afterwards and I’ve already beat it. I remembered doing the Benedikta fight but for some reason all the stuff leading up to it didn’t click in my mind as the lead up to it. It might have had a few different normal enemies or

I saw it in the theaters again a few years ago when Fathom events put it back out, and I definitely don’t recall any music like that. I think it was just generic trailer music.

That part is not actually part of the game, its something they made just for the demo so players can try out some of the extra powers you get later on. It still isn’t quite as fun as the stuff you get in the actual game, which if I’m being honest can take far too long to actually unlock to the point where it feels

I really thought she was going to be a recurring villain or possibly the candidate for “villain turned team member” for this game. Was a serious let down.

I loved this game, but the demo (while a good technical demo) isn’t a great view of the game as a whole. You get a decent look at combat, but early combat with so few moves to pick from is incredibly dull, and honestly the story is kind of at its darkest and dullest in the demo. All that focus on political

The RE2 Remake plays a lot more like the original games, much slower, more methodical, lots of options to run like hell from the enemies. Fair warning if you’re a fan of the original 2, the Mr. X stuff (especially in Leon’s storyline) takes a while to get used to. RE3 will likely give you some issues as they designed

What’s even sadder is they do it often when there’s nothing broken. Or at least only some of it is broken. It was very common in WoW to have your class go from great to terrible and back again all the time. When one class is broken, another class is OP, and it just went round and round. “Change for the sake of change”

I wonder if I could find any posts that say that from Vanilla WoW, because this really is just completely on-brand for Blizzard in how they balance their games.

You’re pretty much dead on with how the game ends up feeling with a lot of these characters. Even as someone who loved the game it just felt like it wasted so many good possibilities. I beat the game, so I can say Jill isn’t completely sidelined, but it definitely isn’t enough interaction for how important she was up

She still shows up and helps when Clive needs her, its just at this point of the story its more about Joshua and Clive (for reasons that become clear shortly after). Its implied she’s taking some time to rest because of the drain of losing Shiva, but she still has her Ice-Bearer powers so she’s not completely

Even the desert was pretty nice because they broke the area up in to lots of different types. Only one area is really a big drab desert, the rest has towns, canyons, caves, oasis, salt flats, hot springs. It was better than I expected for a big desert zone. I think one of the biggest issues is that some of the better

Honestly it really isn’t. This complaint isn’t entirely wrong, but there’s a lot going on in the story about what the effect this cloud cover is having on society, and the entire story arc of the main characters is about staying hopeful, doing the right thing, and helping people even when the rest of the world is
