Not even remotely related to Hergé tbh.
He uses alot of lines to create shadows which Hergé never used (it's one of the defining characteristics of his style). Also Hergés' lines have almost no variation in width and he used mostly solid colors. Etc. etc.

This is just a means for Microsoft to get your phone number so they can combine your computer data with your mobile data. Don't be a sucker. As someone who works in IT, I promise you: only ineffective hackers go for passwords. As a general rule, it's easier to target a security flaw than to guess passwords.
