The official car of 90's drug dealers.
The official car of 90's drug dealers.
It’s like people have individual tastes.
I can’t imagine why people are voting CP on this. This car is AWESOME, and is an example of a type of car that doesn’t exist any more but which is absolutely perfect for its purpose -- transporting the driver, and perhaps one passenger and their weekend bags, in comfort. The closest thing you’d get to something like…
That’s nothing. You should see the suits!
...but the Mark VII, especially in high-zoot LSC form, is a fairly noteworthy...
Ahh yes, why should parents have any sort of compassion or rational thought for their offspring? Why, they should be thankful we even feed the fuckers let alone take them places. Horrible Bastards...
This is the only take. Even if you spend $100k on a nice example, you have more than enough left over for a 1985 AC Cobra 427 and a new 2019 Mustang Shelby GT350.
I eagerly await GM fanboys suddenly claiming DOHC is better!
“I wish my Range had more ways to fail” - No one ever.
The seller is stealing from anyone who pays $13K for this. It must be a typo, and the actual price is $2,900.
It’s really shitty when people say, “Well I pay a lot more so they should as well”. Bullshit. Companies have been eroding employee benefits for years now, while shareholders profit handsomely and none of this “trickles down” to raise wages, which would help at least offset higher costs.
Oh Id further add, that World Class ultra low co-pay health care, and in terms of GM’s case, the highest per hourly rate for workers in the manufacturing sector (sans-temps) in the world, combined with guarenteed bonuses at the rate of $1k per billion GM makes in profit for benefits sharing, and Id say your argument…
The economy is not a charity organization. See Russia if you think thats a cool plan. Stay educated.
The gate plate was
probably plastic.“dent resistant”.
Ugh I’m triggered by this. My parents are not car people and do not have very good financial acumen and consequently my childhood was a series of shitty GM passenger cars — Chevette, Cavalier, Citation, etc. At some point they started getting hooked in by whatever marketing gimmick of the moment GM was throwing out…
And knowing Saturn, probably irremovably bonded to the interior tunnel requiring replacement of the entire tunnel if a piece chipped off it.
The listed price of eBay ads is a really poor way to judge the value of a car. You need to filter your search for “Sold” items to get rid of the screwball dealers. When you do that, $40k is solidly at the upper end of the market, but not out of the question, since this one looks particularly nice.
No engine pictures, one distant interior picture, no pictures underneath. No actual miles listed. If you’re asking stupid money for an old car at least learn how to list it properly. CP
What kind of logic is going through your mind if you are withdrawing $17,000 to buy this thing? It’s relatively rare, but nothing special. It’s an F-350 with a pair of mostly useless seats bolted into the bed. It’s different, it’s kind of cool, but that’s a bonkers price.
If it’s so wonderful, he can just keep the fugly thing. Those wheels sucketh.
