The State of the Union is going to be interesting next week. It will be a partly partisan crowd but outside of his core lackeys the reports are that most rank and file Republicans are responding tepidly, at best, whenever he has addressed these groups private.

Yes I KNOW that. The point is that it should not be legal to “campaign” using Federal resources, which is what the Presidential seal is!

I get that he filed, which is its own level of ridiculousness (grats on supporting a never-ending election cycle, US Goverment!) But a cursory image search suggests that Obama never used the presidental seal at a campaign event, which suggests to me that there’s a rule that he’s run afoul of which can he can be

Hold up, how is Trump allowed to call this a campaign event and use the Presidential seal on the podium?

There’s no safe spaces anymore snowflake.

“I left the toilet seat up.”

If you’re a white person living in flyover country nothing he’s done so far has affected your life in any meaningful way, and he’s shown to be following through on most of his campaign promises.

Seriously, where is the common sense. Who the fuck stands that close downrange to ANYONE taking a shot, regardless of their skill?

He’s clearly on a driving range taking practice swings.

No, its the angle that fools you. The club is flexing to the left on follow through.

Maybe they can change the name to the Black Holes.

Needs more FHACKEN QUEEAHS AND DHAKIES

Killing animals is an unforgivable sin. He should have had the foresight to murder someone instead.

Exactly. The CBC would be fine if Rogers and Bell didn’t continually overpay for the rights to sporting events.

Having to listen to “I Believe” every other commercial was much worse.

The Super Bowl may be a convenient scapegoat for Bell buts its part of a larger worrying trend for all the OTA networks in Canada. For years CTV and Global (Not so much Rogers, who were late to the game in establishing a national network) were largely able to coast on simsubbing US content while producing very little

The worst was the 2010 Super Bowl, where every other goddamn ad was for the Vancouver Olympics.

It was Benghazi and the e-mail server.

CLASSIC REID THO

People in their 40s are not going out and partying like people in their 20s. They’re going out and spending all that newly freed up disposable income on fun activities, trips, and dining out (and yes a few drinks here and there). Better to do it in your 40s while your body mostly still works than in your 50s or 60s.
