Do you have any info on that last part, like where to find the statute or something else in black and white? My understanding was minors in OK had only limited emancipation if a parent or pregnant. It’d be great to have, thanks!

I’m a children’s counselor in the state and per a training we had to help clients navigate this, it applies to rape/ incest victims as well- even minors. Also minors in OK can go to court to bypass parental consent for an abortion but THE PARENT WILL STILL BE INFORMED- again even in cases of sexual abuse.
