To be fair it’s in the article.

Well to be fair, there were five tribes that settled around the vibranium meteor, and called it “Wakanda.” This was explained in the first two minutes of the movie. I’m not really sure why the preservation of separate and distinct tribal cultures in a fictional nation would be a problem, when it happens in real life

I understand what your wife is coming from but I think they wanted to show representation of different parts of Africa. I don’t think they were trying to be ignorant. I know I saw it with a girl from Ghana and she was excited to see an Ashanti mask and kente cloth in the movie. If you focus on one region others feel

I would say the big difference was that it was representing a super technological fictional African super power. How could you restrict that to just one culture at random and make in theirs? Wakanda should belong to all of Africa.

I’d say it was caused by Draymond Green, but I don’t think that’s where airplanes keep their testicles.

I just saw it too! I fully cried when they showed the actual people at the end.

This awesome news but what gets me why did it take decades and a movie about this woman before NASA or whomever decides these kind of things to finally do it?

Just saw this movie over the weekend. I was floored. She seems to down play this honor but I think she earned every brick used to make it.

He hasn’t made a turn, he’s back to the “both sides were bad” bullshit on Charlottesville. I’m beginning to think that Trump has no actual positions on anything that aren’t fed to him by the last person to say flattering things about him.

Never. This will never be funny. This will never be “remember that time your crazy old coot of an uncle drank too much at Thanksgiving, passed out, and started screaming racial epithets...yeah, that was cutely embarrassing.”

In a lot of places its not really an opt out its a price out. Ive heard about some insane flood premiums. But I guess thats the point, they only places it would be cheap are where they will never pay out.

“Slavery is far too real and far too painful, and we still see the manifestations of it today as a country for me to ever view that as a form of entertainment.”

Now playing

Thank you. I’m guessing Mr “Will Has No Talent” Whineypants forgot about the multimillions Bad Boys I and II made, the Fresh Prince that’s still in syndication, the Oscar nom for Ali and the room full of Grammys

It’s Disney’s Aladdin. That alone sells the movie. They can afford to take a chance with casting.

Not that I disagree with your overall point, but doesn’t the Jungle Book take place in the Indian jungle?

This is really relevant to me right now. I saw the Wonder Woman movie, and while it had its flaws, I loved it. Decided to pick up the New 52 run based on a recommendation. I also loved it. Until I got to issue #36, where apparently a new team took over. Wonder Woman went from being someone I admire, with strong

Love this! And I love how great Lynda Carter looks. Because of her, I tracked down adult Underoos just so I could be Wonder Woman under my clothes once again, lol.

Maybe read the comment and take a quiet moment to digest things like “the gif showed up on the front page” before responding?

You guys do such great reporting on the sexual abuses going on at Baylor.

The most disturbing part of this is the idea that these girls though he was actually treating them not doing something utterly horrible.
