Alot of people lack real empathy and consideration. It’s often faked or part of tradition, but almost never comes from the heart. Positive facelift? Really? This is anything but if you ask me. Since it deviates from real history alot and probably is pretty bare at first ( expansion will add alot i’m sure ). More choices in Civ is a good thing, the game should be a bit challenging and not some easy cheatfest. If everything gets dumbed down there…

Civ is very casual compared to a lot of other strategy games. I doubt you’ll have any problem playing 5 or 6. No spreadsheets and almost no micromanaging if you want to.
