I was 5 rows in front of the guy. So Rocky was spraying small amounts of silly string a people and the Grizzlies fan dumped his drink on the mascot, his pants were soaked. So Rocky planned the revenge for when the guy got back from concessions. Not sure if they bought him more nachos, but lucky he didn’t get kicked…
