BINGO!!!

The cynic in me sees this as a move to up-hold the status quo. To me any Republican defection should be viewed through the lens of maintaining the status quo. And I don’t mean restoring norms of politics and governance. But of the institutions (police, military), corporatism and the military-industrial complex.

I have a really bad feeling that’s not the case.  I’m 100% prepared for a second term.  Now is not the time to have even the slightest overconfidence that this is going to work out the way we want.

It is a common, slow growing, disease that occurs in older people. That's probably pretty true, but "with" is much more likely, especially if you are looking at autopsy series which will find asymptomatic, undiagnosed disease in a lot of older men.
