Nothing wrong with blaming both. The patent system for allowing it and Apple for exploiting it to remove competition.

Shai-Hulud?

Here's the problem w/ the super intuitive even if you've never used a computer before theory/goal. I remember working with a piece of software once that was supposed to have the ultimate intuitive ui. Totally custom w/ a built from the ground up approach to both the graphics and the keyboard/mouse events by a team

This just in, new statistics show that 98% of statistics are statistically inaccurate.

On the plus side, it has kept Google+ free of mommy chit chat and baby photo's.

Honeycomb runs great in 16:9, going to 4:3 would be a big mistake.

The nazi's may have been the scum of humanity (thank you Doctor Jones senior), but my god did they design, and sometimes even finished, some cool shit.

The Sprint website says "summer", so I hoping it will be available by some time in August, but September wouldn't be surprising.

The advantage to that ratio is that it translates better to wide screen tv (granted, not necessarily a feature used by most people, but I love it). I also think, in landscape, that realistate is more usable with that ratio. The drawback, of course, is balance while in portrait mode. I do use my Xoom in landscape

LoL, I disagree, but Bruce Lee renders all arguments invalid. +2 :)

I've got a buddy who spent a year in Israel near Gaza. He's a big dog lover and the vast quantity of abandoned/wild dogs really got to him, ended up taking one of them in, nursing it back to health and bringing it home. Apparently it's a big problem all over the region.
