Bye Brian!

Please let Cupertino sink into the ocean somehow. Both to save us from Apple, and force them to build the new Niners stadium back at candlestick.

To clarify, I'm for net neutrality. The FCC's attempts to enforce it where a joke. I should also add, the FCC followed these brilliant moves up by not lifting a finger when LightSquared started trampling all over GPS signals. Over the last year of become so disgusted w/ the FCC that at this point the only thing

"It's like getting in trouble for getting drunk three Saturdays ago." - except for the fact that drinking on Saturday isn't illegal. Don't get me wrong, the illegality of marijuana is stupid, but so is getting high when you know you'll probably encounter a drug test in the near future.

Whatever. My faith in the FCC died with Comcast/NBC and was buried w/ net neutrality.

He crossed state lines!! Dammit, have we learned nothing from Hackers!

IMO, the original was more of a matte grey.

Ouch. The end of the video hurt. That suit looked like it was made with leftovers from lost in space. It's Dark Knight, not Silver Knight.

Not to go all anal retentive technical comic nerd on you or anything, but the "afterburner" on the tumbler was for jumps, not for speed, so the lack of downforce makes total sense.

Mr. Speaker, I'd like to second the numerous Fuck You's from my esteemed colleague Mr. OCEntertainment.

Biometrics, assuming the technology even worked well, would be even worse for online logins than passwords. If you can hack a site and get a bunch of passwords, then you can hack a site and get it's biometric signatures as well. Then it's a simple matter of writing a program that sends that data instead of reading

Considering that you need real friends to pressure you into joining Facebook this isn't all that surprising. Then, when you finally get sick of it and try and leave your account tries to kill you. Poor Stan.

Is it just me, or does the android logo on the back of an iphone actually look kinda cool. Somebody should sell stickers.

I thought Matt was the only one getting verbally assassinated around here for daring to have an opinion when writing reviews.

Well, that explains why otterbox just started selling the case for my Xoom, but the iPad 2 version has been around forever.

Ok. Interesting statistic. But did those figures include:

I don't spend much time in apple stores, but this reminds me of chick-fil-a. Love the food, but the over the top politeness and the glazed over, almost drug induced, happy expressions of the staff has always given me the creaps.

I'm not a huge audiophile, so my needs are simple and expectations not terribly high. That said, I've been really happy w/ the google beta. It's been simple, easy to use, and the android app on the Xoom is the definition of eye candy.

Next big summer blockbuster. A post-apocalyptic earth where society was brought down by the patent system.

Customization may also play a role in that decision. I wouldn't be surprised if Samsung is making some android tweaks or including some special apps specifically for American Airlines. You couldn't do that with iPads.
