It’s Harney County, not Harvey, FYI. Same county where the Malheur Wildlife refuge occupation happened a few years back.

The only application where there might be surface area for this to be practically useful are long-haul trucks and box trucks, or perhaps buses. Have any manufacturers given this a shot? Especially for in-town electric box trucks and buses, it might be a meaningful amount of recharge.
