An uber at night, as a woman. I am not doing that again. Creepiest, and most worrisome, car ride I’ve ever been on.

I guess the public just isn’t ready for the ejector seat model.
Third or fourth generation Ford Taurus.
at 6'3", pretty much the back seat of any car that isn’t an S-class, Suburban, or Escalade
Unless you’re trained in slowing other vehicles with your own...you’re just potentially making the bad situation worse. You aren’t superman and probably shouldn’t be driving if your first instinct is to possibly provoke another accident.
I love that the other models are, and I quote, “Sexy Beast, Kitty Kat, and El Jefe”
You’d be surprised how little extra drag this sort of thing causes. I can bet there is waaay less difference dragging a car vs. the difference between a loaded and an empty trailer. Or even partially loaded vs. max’d out. Similar but not the same - in college I worked for an armored car/courier service that had both…
I nearly ended up in that position - a semi passing me on the right in the off-ramp lane decided at the gore that he didn’t want to exit and just cut hard into my lane. Full on hard braking and swerving were required to avoid going under the tires.
That’s what she gets for trying to hijack all those DVD players!
Well I just drove from CO to CA on 80, none of this really surprises me...
I lean towards it being the Honda’s fault, but that’s not the most important point. The semi driver is either malicious or incompetent for not noticing the car and pulling over. I can understand something behind the trailer being hard to see, but that car is definitely visible in the mirror. Should lose his CDL.
I mean, they made 200/240 in the SVO and you could push 450 ft lbs through the stock bottom end with no issue. So,yeah, stout.
Dad??
Hi. I’m in my late fifties and and have successfully converted the $20M my dad left me into a $2M dollar photocopier cleaning empire. In fact, the number one photocopier cleaning company in all of Florida!
I only know this car exists because of Midtown Madness.
It is in the US. Althought that also did count as “a part of England”, once upon a time
Get that Delta 88 out of the lead image - a Delta 88 is always a winner
Never trust a man named Gooch.
People comparing it to a TRUCK are missing the appeal to a lot of buyers.
I like boutique vintage steel too (I ride a late 90s deBernardi, the poor man’s boutique) and this bike is just about the right size for me (I am stumpy)
853 is good tubing, but $700 is _waaaaay_ too much money for this. it has clearly been neglected for a long time, would likely need full rebuilds on all drivetrain…
