My mother also has a corn allergy. She is also allergic to potatoes, carrots and latex products. Living in a country where 80% of food has this ingredients or its derivatives is a nightmare. Most restaurants are off the list too

That sounds like an awful way to live and I hope life isn’t too hard on the both of you, especially her, and that you can still find foods to enjoy together. Like Bravo said, corn is in everything and that is insane to try to dodge that. I really  hope they continue making ground on some of the drugs they’re testing…

Corn would be an awful one to have, that’s terrible! I’ve got a bad case of Oral Allergy Syndrome when it comes to apples, meaning pretty much anything with fruit in it is off the table, as apple or apple juice is used as a cheap filler fruit in practically everything.

Jesus, corn is in everything. That’s brutal.
