Like, all this could have been avoided if they just did not add the Playstation logo on it. Altering the look of the PS5 would be fine, and Sony would not have a legal leg to stand on, but to add the logo is I think a trademark infringement. It’s such a stupid thing.

I wouldn’t be so sure. Warehouse employees have been replaced by robots, because Amazon wants as little humans around. Gamedevelopment needs people. They can’t massively push out developers and replace them.

GW2 is still doing fine. Population is still high and content comes out on a regular basis and it is of high quality. If lay offs are going to be, it will be mostly be at the other projects.

How can a performance be copyrightable? Unless it is recorded and that SAME recording is used, no dance should be copyrightable.
