I know Kyle Wood a little and have liked him for a long time but now I recognize him as the fucking scumbag he is.

To be honest, I have tons of work to do, with school starting back up next week I am WAY behind. Deadspin is an excellent way to avoid doing it.

I have it on good authority that the bartender at PF Changs is black, and that Mark Davis, after his fourth appletini did in fact offer him the job. Negotiations broke down only after Davis couldn’t get the bartender to be his best friend in the entire world as well.

I think the hatred is more toward ownership. They play in NY and have an exciting cost controlled young staff. Yet they pair it with an offense with is terrible and a defense that is even worse. Not forgetting that they have the worst training and medical staff in the history of modern sports.

Without question. Although that is another thing I preach, don’t take tipping personally, don’t get angry, and most certainly, don’t base your service on the tipper. It all evens out anyways.

I’ll bet the jury in this case will be deadlocked at 6-6.

As a bar owner, this is something I preach to my staff. We’re the ones filling them with booze, so show a little patience when it affects them and they act like idiots. (Violence and sexually inappropriate behavior excepted. Cross those lines and your reasons are not relevant.)

This is the part that addresses this:

I watched like half that movie again last night. Amazingly rewatchable. Incredible even. The acting is so impossibly bad. Not just Marky Mark. Zooey D and John Leguziamo make you laugh out loud. Everyone really.

Jesus, not lashing at you in particular, but you’re the 100th person now who’s said something to the effect, “Well it’s in the Constitution.”

It obviously is a moot point, except it goes back to the original point. Attacking Trump over a deal made in 2014 is just dumb. As is hyping some book written by some sleazy journalist with no credibility. The left is basically fucking this up badly in their zeal to get Trump at any costs. Between that and the Oprah

Again, reread the actual Constitution, nowhere does it state this. As intended by the framers it covered two aspects, using one’s office to profit off of foreign powers, and awarding multiple posts and salaries to elected officials. (This was to combat the system prominent in Europe where monarchs would enrich their

The thing that gets me, is we’ve all seen Marky Mark “act.” They could’ve used a cardboard cutout for the reshoots, saved $1.5 million and NOBODY would’ve noticed.

That is entirely true. But how does “be forced to sell off all of one’s assets” in any way apply?

The EOAA has ruled twice now. Miss that part?

I’ll bet the guy who threw the punch is the type of guy who calls 3 second violations while playing pick up games at the Y.

Did they or did they not let him return to practice despite the EOAA’s decision to ban him until 2020? They did. They were under no obligation to do so while he appealed. Now it turns out he was also under investigation for a third time? Yet they still allowed him to play in games while under investigation for sexual

I’m saying greater transparency and oversight would be far better at dealing with Trump than hiding behind the fiction that we could ever hope to remove a wealthy person’s real or perceived COI’s.

I don’t like this law as it stands, even if I don’t like Trump either.
