meh, the air force plane scam was funny and marketing..it wasn't that serious. The captain was bluffing because his ego was hurt. The Air Force would have done nothing..its at best a minor trespassing beef and nothing was harmed or stolen.

He can't be disbarred because he is practicing law in BB. The state wouldn't allow you to get away with a little name change without a licence and every state is very strict about it. Most lawyers and judges will report someone in a second if they do not think they have a licence.
