I graded for my mother sometimes when she taught physics/chemistry and unless you want to fail 50+% of your students you need to award points for attempting problems and methodology on math problems.

I don't eat meat for environmental reasons (so I'm not speaking to the cultural significance of soy), but soy farming is also terrible and there are the hormonal implications of the pseudo-estrogens. This appeals to me for being high protein and potentially much more environmentally friendly.
