Agreed. I test drove an FR-S and a BRZ and I really liked everything about them... except for the power delivery (and maybe the dead travel of the throttle). I anxiously await a faster factory version. Even if the hotted up version goes into the realm of $30-35k I think it would still be a performance bargain.

I think the way the spoiler breaks up the lines in the back makes it look a lot better.

Not so much that they get hot in comparison to other lighting methods, but LED's are particularly sensitive to heat. Much like a computer processor, heat needs to be drawn away from the die to maintain reliability.

Agreed, their design language is solid, and has been for some time (albeit with a few exceptions). They just never seemed to be able to put together that perfect lineup.

Mine only gets pressed when I autocross my car. The worst is when I hit the button on the first turn and I have to listen to the computer lady say "Say a command!" for the next 40 or more critical seconds.

One model year closer to 2015, when hopefully the workings under the hood will have more kick (give us at least 235 hp and 180 twisties please). I'm not even sure about that. I had a 2005 Corolla with presumably the same craptastic 4-speed auto they are still selling and it self destructed at 60,000 miles.

That's kind of irrelevant. Additional power can be had in ways other than F/I. It was mentioned at one point that a high-revving 250hp N/A version of the engine may be in the works. Besides which, I think that fitment issue is just BS, I'm sure they could squeeze in a turbo or a supercharger without too much trouble.
