Dude is for real admitting that if he saw someone shouting the n-word he’d immediately start looking for reasons the Black person deserved it.  wtf

Like if you saw a viral video of some person shouting the n-word at someone on the street, you might wonder what set them off.”

Well, yeah, which is why the person quoted goes on to say as much: but she also figures that Cuse wasn’t even bringing up racist imagery on purpose and was just so used to being able to do whatever he wanted that it didn’t occur to him to consider otherwise.”

Just read actual reviews by movie critics or even your favorite Youtube streamer. Still likely a better gauge than randos posting 0 ratings on Metacritic and Rotten Tomatoes.

If you find yourself engaging in this type of behavior.......this is why nobody likes you.

Regulars like Higgins (Jeremy Swift) and Dr. Sharon (Sarah Niles) went to the back burner

The thing with Star Wars is the universe is so vast and the time line is very very long without a whole lot of tech change that you never need to reboot. Just tell stories in the far past or far future.

With Thrawn coming back I’m assuming he will play Luuke

SAG is fine with AI as long as the person they are simulating gets paid.

Gonna die alone up there.  The rest of us will be watching from First Contact Mountain

Just stopping by to say that Mark Hamill seems to be (from what I have seen of him) a really nice guy.

We are gathered here today, on this minuscule lump in the middle of some field, to mourn the passing of Jerk Gently, Hole-istic Detective.

and that was the best film of the sequel trilogy :/

He said he was unhappy at the beginning and by the time the film was released, he was full on board with it. Like, he said this a lot.

I have no expectations of ever watching another Star Wars joint, so that’s fine.

IDK why’d they’d even take that movie to Cannes, but sure.

Luck felt like a movie written by an AI with the parameters “Pixar movie, tik tok, plays well in China”

The days back when of “we are opening the Disney Vault, and coming to home video on *insert date here* is ____” are going to become a thing again.

All this has happened before and will happen again.

Streaming is effectively recreating the world that existed before home video, where you’d come across some show or movie on TV and never be able to see it again. We’re going backwards.
