Some of the executives at NetFlix pretty much all but admitted that they produce new shows with the intent of only running for a season or two to bring in new subscribers and then move on.

6 seasons (and a movie! maybe) is usually the magic amount of seasons warranted for a good show. After that it feels like they’re just dragging the characters back through things they’ve already done. 

My love for Bojack Horseman is vast and infinite, but really now, how much longer can the show go for?

I don’t know what to do with this metaphor at all. I’m adrift.

Sure, bring in the creator of my most hated teen comedy show (Glee) and have him make a show on a platform that also carries the most tasteless teen drama series (13 Reasons Why) ever made.

Prank phone calls just don’t seem as funny in a time where your average person receives approximately 11 kajillion telescpam (no, that’s not a typo, yes you may pronounce it as you see fit) calls per hour.

Some of the clips from the original were comedic gold, but many of them just sucked. Maybe one good one a show. I find some cringeworthy things funny, but The Spec Ed ones weren’t funny at all.

It’s a really bad idea for a bad actor to pretend to be acting badly.

I think there are better ways to honor an actress than a twee collector’s toy for maladjusted adults

Well, Star Wars doesn’t actually exist. So everything is just some fan’s idea.
